Return & Replacement Policy
Perishable Fresh Produce GuidelinesDue to the highly perishable and hygiene-sensitive nature of fresh farm vegetables and fruits, VishvaStore strictly does NOT accept returns or replacements once an order has been successfully handed over to the customer at the delivery location.
1. Doorstep Inspection at Delivery
We encourage all customers to inspect the fresh produce, vegetable bundles, and fruit punnets at the time of delivery before accepting the order from our delivery partner.
2. Why Returns & Replacements Are Not Available
Fresh produce requires unbroken temperature control and sanitary handling. Returning or re-stocking delivered food items poses safety and quality risks for other consumers. Hence, items once delivered cannot be returned or replaced.
3. Inquiries & Escalations

When you use VishvaStore, we collect essential information required to fulfill your orders:
- Contact details: Name, phone number, and email address.
- Delivery details: House/flat number, landmark, street, Rajkot pincode, and exact GPS pin coordinates.
- Order history: Items purchased, weight variants, invoice amounts, and delivery timestamps.
2. How Your Data Is Used
Your personal information is strictly utilized to:
- Accurately navigate delivery riders to your doorstep within our 5.0 km geofence.
- Send real-time SMS, WhatsApp, and email order confirmations, receipts, and live tracking pings.
- Maintain your saved delivery addresses, wishlist items, and past order records.

All account passwords are encrypted using industry-standard bcrypt hashing. Sessions are secured via JSON Web Tokens (JWT) transmitted over encrypted HTTPS connections.

Service Standards & Geofencing1. 5.0 KM Geofencing & Delivery Serviceability
VishvaStore operates exclusively within a 5.0 km radius of our central facility at Gauridad, Rajkot (360003). Orders placed outside this boundary cannot be dispatched and will be blocked by our location validation engine.
2. Minimum Order Value
A minimum cart value of ₹100 is required to place an order. 100% Free Doorstep Delivery is provided across our serviceable zone.
3. Pricing, Weight Tolerance & Seasonal Availability
Fresh produce weights may vary marginally (±5%) due to natural moisture variations. Prices are updated daily based on early morning mandi and farmer market rates.
4. Store Operating Hours & Admin Pause Controls
VishvaStore is open from 6:00 AM to 11:00 PM every day. In the event of adverse weather or inventory replenishments, store administration reserves the right to temporarily pause order acceptance.
